Theron Generators Return and Refund Policy.
All sales are final.
All our generators are custom-built units per your order. The equipment we produce and/or purchase is based on a few factors such as:
1. Single Phase or Three Phase
2. How many Amps is this unit supposed to generate
3. What voltage and Hetz are the generator(s) supposed to operate at.
4. What configuration is the housing unit supposed to be and
5. What controls does the end-user need and what outlets or breakers.
So based on all these customizable options, each unit is a separate one-off order, and therefore we have no refunds or return policies. The customization, specific equipment and labor hours going into each order prevent us to allow any refunds.
Make sure that when you place your order, you know exactly what you want and what you are ordering.

Cancellations
Once your order has been placed, according to the laws of the State of Florida, you have 3 days to cancel. After that timeframe, we are placing hard orders for materials and equipment and you can no longer cancel or demand a refund legally. If you paid via credit card or financing, you are still legally liable for the entire cost of the order and it will be illegal to cancel via your payment provider.
